The Lost Camel Pickup/Dropoff: - Tour pick-ups and drop offs will take place out the front of Sails in the Desert Hotel (due to limited space outside the front of The Lost Camel). Cancellation Policy Valid for 01APR19-31MAR21: Day Tours - - A fee of 50% of the total cost will be charged for bookings cancelled 72-48 hours prior to travel. - No refund if cancelled 48 hours or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show. Extended Tours - Touring Only. - A fee of 50% of the total cost will be charged for bookings cancelled 7-4 days prior to travel. - No refund if cancelled 3 days or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show.
