Parking facilities available on-site. One parking bay per apartment is provided free of charge. Additional bays are available on a request basis only and charged an additional AUD10.00 per day.

Lift access only to 5th floor:
- Mont Clare's main building is six storeys in height.
- Lift access is available to the 5th floor only.
- Access from the 5th to the 6th floor is via stairs.
Credit card required upon check-in:
- Guests will be required to provide a credit card as security on check-in. Failure to provide a credit card on arrival will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the first night's accommodation and the guest will not be permitted to check in.
